Our Philosophy

        We believe in providing our patients, with the highest quality, most thorough, comprehensive assessments, and the most up to date treatment options. We believe that a multispecialty approach is mandatory in spine care in order to achieve the best outcomes. Specialties involved might include physical medicine, orthopaedic spine surgery, manual physical therapy, or a clinical nurse specialist. We believe each patient should be evaluated and provided a customized treatment plan based upon the specific ailment, their age, and their overall physical condition.

    We believe in the very best conservative, non surgical care first, proceeding on with surgical options only when non surgical options fail or permanent injury is likely if action is not expeditiously taken. We believe that whenever possible minimally invasive techniques should be employed to minimize  operative trauma, pain and impairment. We believe that each patient is his own best advocate, and it is  imperative to educate as well as treat, if we are to expect and encourage patients in learning to take responsibility for their own health.
