Dr. Lee-Sigler served six years reserve duty and four years active duty in the United States Air Force as a primary care and emergency room physician. She served as Captain and Base Physician at Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio Texas from 1987-1989, and then was transferred to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia as Emergency Room Physician from 1989-1991. She then served in Bahrain, off the coast of Saudi Arabia as Emergency Physician during operations "Desert Shield" and "Desert Storm". During her tour of duty abroad she earned the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Action Ribbon Award, the Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award. Dr. Lee-Sigler then returned to the United States completing her physiatry residency at the Schwab Rehabilitation Center in Chicago, Illinois in 1994, and joined the Carle Foundation Hospital Staff as Staff Physiatrist. She practiced at the Carle Foundation Hospital and Carle Clinic Association more than ten years before recently moving to Memphis with her family. Dr. Lee-Sigler joins the MSC staff with over eleven years of clinical experience focused on non surgical spine and orthopaedic medicine, diagnostic and therapeutic injections, electromyography and nerve conduction studies. Dr. Lee-Sigler lives in Collierville with her husband Glenn, a Federal Express executive, and her three year old daughter Christina. |
